Role Summary

The General Superintendent will develop and execute the project plan and oversee all aspects of assigned projects with significant complexity. This position is responsible for managing the team, planning construction sequencing, and meeting project goals, supporting JE Dunn's strategy, vision, and values.

This role requires travel and full-time on-site presence for projects across the United States.

Key Role Responsibilities - Core

• Lead safety culture and promote an injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors, staff, and project workflow.
• Develop work plans and coordinate project site activities.
• Lead meetings and participate in project meetings.
• Manage project schedule, budget, and costs.
• Ensure quality compliance and support project closeouts.
• Participate in project pursuit and negotiation processes.
• Recruit top talent and promote diversity and inclusion.
