Job summary

Lane Valente Industries seeks a General Maintenance Technician to join our national field services team. This full-time role requires traveling for commercial construction projects across the United States, performing multi-trade maintenance and renovations.

Candidates should have at least 3 years in construction or commercial maintenance, be able to follow OSHA practices, and communicate effectively with clients. Must supply basic tools; OSHA 10hr is preferred or obtained within 3 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or commercial maintenance.
• Supply basic construction hand tools.
• OSHA 10hr or completion within 3 months of employment (paid by employer).
