Job summary

Frontline Source Group is seeking a Foreman for Fuel Construction in New Mexico. This direct-hire role requires extensive travel across the company’s territory and oversees field crews on fuel installation projects.

You will coordinate tasks, supervise crews, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive project progress from site to site. A valid underground storage tank installer license and 5+ years of leadership in construction are preferred; willingness to travel is essential.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years in construction with crew leadership.
  • Active underground storage tank installer license (NM preferred).
  • Experience with full fuel installations (tanks, dispensers, Verifone equipment).
  • Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily work assignments to project priorities and deadlines.
  • Lead field supervision of construction crew members and contractors.
  • Delegate responsibilities and project assignments across the crew.
  • Manage a crew typically of three laborers and one equipment operator.
  • Oversee safe excavation and installation of underground fuel tank sites.
  • Communicate project status and needs to leadership.
  • Train and develop laborers and operators for advancement.
