4M Building Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Traveling Floor Maintenance Technician in Tampa, FL. The role involves maintaining floors across client sites, traveling as needed, with hours from 5:00pm to 1:30am, Monday through Friday. No prior janitorial experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training.

Job Description
The responsibilities include: Overall floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpets in client buildings and facilities. Includes timely completion of floor care areas based on a schedule; proper care of floor machinery; ability to anticipate and recommend floor care needs; and promote a safe work environment.
