4M Building Solutions is seeking a Floor Maintenance Technician in Florida for a part-time role. You will perform floor care on hard surfaces and carpets, following a schedule, and operate floor machinery with safety as a priority. Training is provided for our proven processes.

Job Description

The responsibilities include: overall floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpets in client buildings and facilities; includes timely completion of floor care areas based on a schedule; proper care of floor machinery; ability to anticipate and recommend floor care needs; and promote a safe work environment. Some floor care experience is suggested but not required and we will train you on our proven processes. This can be more than a job, this could be a career.
