Novant Health is seeking a Float Pool RN to travel among Rowan Medical Center, Huntersville Medical Center, and Presbyterian Medical Center. You will deliver Med/Surg care across locations, support teams during staffing gaps, and gain diverse clinical experience.

Join our Local Resource Team and contribute to compassionate, flexible patient care in a fast-paced environment. Eligible RNs enjoy shift differentials, potential relocation assistance, and ongoing growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2 consecutive years of experience in a defined specialty (Med Surg, Tele, Critical Care, ED or Women's) required.
• Current compact licensure in the appropriate state required.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Provide Med/Surg care across multiple locations within the Float Pool.
• Support units during staffing gaps and busy periods.
• Collaborate with care teams to maintain high-quality patient outcomes.
