Catholic Health is seeking a Float Medical Assistant to provide care under clinical supervision across multiple ambulatory sites. This role supports licensed clinicians and ensures consistent patient flow and documentation in the EMR.

Responsibilities include assisting providers, performing clerical duties, and traveling between Erie and Niagara County practices. Work schedule includes days and evenings; part-time 0.6 FTE with benefits.

Qualifications

• AA degree or MA program completion or 3–5 years MA experience required.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred.
• BLS certification required within first 90 days of employment.
• 2 years MA experience in ambulatory setting required.
• Acute/critical care experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation to travel Erie and Niagara Counties.
• Proficient with EMR; medical terminology knowledge.
• Strong organization and communication skills; adaptable to clinics.
