Job summary

Guardian Firestop Solutions is seeking an experienced Traveling Fireproofing Foreman to lead field projects across the United States. This is a working foreman role, directing production, quality, and safety while hands-on with crews.

You will source and develop crew members, oversee on-site execution, and coordinate with general contractors and inspectors. Expect extensive travel Monday–Friday with weekends at home.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of fireproofing experience, with proven production and troubleshooting on large projects.
• 2+ years in a Lead/Foreman role directing crews.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the United States (Mon–Fri, home on weekends).
• Hands-on proficiency with fireproofing spray pumps and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on on-site production, quality, and safety.
• Run fireproofing projects in the field as primary on-site accountability.
• Recruit, hire, and develop fireproofing crews.
• Coordinate with general contractors, inspectors, and other trades; supervise sequencing, manpower, materials, and equipment.
