Job summary

Clearview Federal Credit Union is seeking a Traveling Financial Experience Advisor to guide members toward financial success while visiting multiple locations. You will deliver exceptional service, promote Clearview’s products, open new accounts, and support lending opportunities as you travel between Financial Centers; a valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required.

You will also participate in community events, stay current on products and policies, and develop professional skills

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 6 months of customer-facing or transferable experience.
Clear and effective communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Understanding of financial products is preferred.
Sales and cross-selling experience is highly desirable.
Flexibility to travel between Financial Centers and work varied hours.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor for members' financial needs, offering solutions and building relationships.
Open new accounts, assist with updates, and support lending opportunities.
Cross-sell Clearview's full range of products using digital tools.
Educate members on self-service options and digital channels.
Provide accurate rate quotes and product information.
Resolve member concerns efficiently and professionally.
Support Clearview's presence at community events.
Stay current on financial products, promotions, and policies.
Participate in training and team initiatives.
