Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Traveling Field Technician to join our water management engineering team in Texas. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot water meters and related equipment at various sites, travel as required, and deliver excellent customer service while following safety procedures.

Requires a minimum of 3 years in field technician roles, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

• 3+ years of experience as a Field Technician or related role
• Experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting water meter systems

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair water meter systems and related equipment in accordance with company standards and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports detailing work activities and equipment conditions.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop, implement, and improve installation and maintenance procedures.
• Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay updated with industry trends and advancements.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
