Jobot is seeking a Traveling Field Technician to join our team in the Charlotte area. You will install, maintain, and repair water meter systems and related equipment while traveling to various job sites.

The role requires excellent technical skills and a strong customer service orientation to ensure prompt, professional service. The successful candidate will work independently and with colleagues to troubleshoot issues, document activities, and stay compliant with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field technician experience or similar in engineering.
• Experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting water meters.

Qualifications:

1. 1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Field Technician or in a similar role in the engineering industry.
2. 2. Proven experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting water meter systems.
3. 3. Excellent technical skills, with a strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
4. 4. Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and address their needs promptly and professionally.
5. 5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
6. 6. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
7. 7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. 8. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
9. 9. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites as required.
10. 10. Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
