A tech solutions provider is looking for a Desktop Support/Field Service Technician in Jacksonville, FL. The role involves traveling to client locations to troubleshoot and repair computers, primarily Dell products. Candidates must have A+ Certification and experience with desktops and laptops. The position requires commitment, professionalism, and the ability to handle overtime and extensive driving. Mileage will be reimbursed, and pay is biweekly.

Qualificações

• A+ Certification is mandatory (Training/expired status is also accepted).
• Good experience working on Laptops and desktops is mandatory.
• Good experience on Break/Fix is required.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to various locations to repair/troubleshoot computers.
• Use own car for travel to provide service to customers.
• Work professionally and be ready for overtime and extensive driving.
