Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies seeks a Dispatchable Field Service Engineer to install, operate, and optimize water treatment systems at customer sites. You’ll troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls issues across RO, filtration, and related equipment while ensuring safety and compliance.

This role requires travel within the region, independence, and collaboration with customer operations teams to deliver reliable performance and detailed service documentation.

Qualifications

Must have strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and remotely with project teams.

Responsibilities

Carry out mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting on equipment (valves, pumps, instrumentation).
Perform analytical testing (turbidity, pH, chlorine, etc.) and document results.
Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems and overall equipment performance.
Review customer plant installations against WTS drawings and ensure contract compliance.
Provide informal training to customers on operation and maintenance.
