The position requires strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to travel domestically/internationally. A technical degree or military/technical training is welcomed, with relocation assistance

Qualifikationen

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Professional demeanor with excellent customer-facing communication abilities.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Solid organizational and project-management capabilities.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and travel domestically/internationally as needed.

Aufgaben

• Perform high-quality on-site repair and maintenance of complex electro-mechanical systems, including component and unit replacement.
• Install and relocate customer equipment, execute start-up procedures, and conduct system qualifications.
• Use diagnostic tools and test equipment to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction while adhering to strict safety and cleanroom protocols.
• Maintain accurate service records, reports, and inventory documentation.
• Collaborate on project planning and coordination with internal teams and customers.
