Job summary

Utilities One is seeking a Field Project Manager to support construction projects across the Western U.S. This travel-based role requires frequent travel and an on-site presence in Portland, OR.

You will lead daily field coordination, oversee vendors and crews, ensure safety and compliance, and drive project execution from pre-construction through delivery. Join a team delivering critical infrastructure with a focus on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Ability to travel frequently to project sites in the Western U.S. market.
• Experience coordinating field crews, vendors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review projects for scope, constructability and sequencing.
• Conduct pre-construction walkouts with vendors and internal teams.
• Verify locate ticket status and ensure valid locates prior to excavation.
• Coordinate MOT and permit approvals; manage field inspections for quality and safety.
• Meet daily with foremen and vendors to review work plans and sequencing.
• Monitor field production and ensure accurate reporting in the field management system.
• Ensure crews have required documentation and certifications and are properly equipped.
• Travel frequently to project sites across the Western U.S. market.
