Job summary

Utilities One is seeking a Field Project Manager for a travel-based role covering the Western U.S. markets. You will oversee daily field execution, coordinate crews and vendors, ensure safety and compliance, and liaise with clients and jurisdictions to deliver projects on plan.

Your duties include pre-construction readiness, site inspections, reporting, and maintaining project documentation while traveling frequently to project sites.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of field construction, vendor management, and project coordination.
• Ability to read construction plans, drawings, maps and diagrams.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the Western U.S. market.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field execution and coordinate with crews, vendors and management.
• Review scope, sequencing, permits and approvals before work begins.
• Monitor field safety, QA/QC, and compliance with plans and specs.
• Communicate updates to management, clients and jurisdictions.
• Submit daily reports, end-of-shift reports and QA/QC documentation.
