Job summary

HARDT HOLDINGS LLC is seeking a Field Merchandising Specialist to join our Front Row Team. This full-time role is based near the Twin Cities, MN, with planned travel using the company vehicle.

You will partner with retail locations to update planograms, train staff, execute store resets, and provide top-tier customer service. Expect frequent field work, Salesforce reporting, and collaboration with Field Ops.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required with 3+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Must travel 90% within the territory; company vehicle provided for travel.
• Proven leadership, merchandising, and retail operations expertise.
• Strong written and verbal communication with focus on customer service.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Update planograms and service vendor lines at retail locations.
• Collaborate with store managers and staff, report project progress.
• Deliver product knowledge trainings, promotions, and in-store demos.
• Coordinate major store resets and grand openings with Field Ops.
• Engage customers, answer questions, and be SME for brands.
• Document store visits in Salesforce with accuracy.
• Share best practices with fellow Merchandisers and team.
