Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Field Merchandising Specialist to join the Front Row Team. Based near the Twin Cities, MN, with a company vehicle and travel in the territory, you will drive in-store merchandising excellence.

You will partner with Retail locations to update planograms, train staff, and execute store resets and promotions while delivering top-tier customer service and reporting via Salesforce.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Must travel 90% of the time within the territory; company vehicle provided.

Responsibilities

• Update planograms at assigned retail locations and service vendor lines.
• Collaborate with store managers and staff; communicate project progress.
• Facilitate trainings, product knowledge seminars, promotions and in-store demos.
• Coordinate major store resets and grand openings with Field Operations.
• Engage customers and provide excellent service; act as brand SME.
• Document store visits in Salesforce with accuracy.
• Share best practices with the Field Merchandising team.
• Perform all other duties assigned by leadership.
