Job summary

System One is seeking Traveling Engineer Technicians to support FAA communications and telecommunications infrastructure projects throughout the Southwest/Central U.S. This is a fully travel-based field position with responsibilities including installation, testing, and troubleshooting of infrastructure at active project sites.

Candidates should have strong hands-on experience with fiber optics, telecom systems, and electronics troubleshooting. This role involves extensive travel, and all approved travel expenses will be reimbursed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license necessary.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support site preparation for contractor installation.
• Install power circuits and related infrastructure.
• Test and troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Support LTE antenna installation activities.
