Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Traveling Field Construction Welder in Thomasville, GA. This full-time role requires 2+ years welding/fabrication experience and the ability to read drawings and weld symbols.

You will perform SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, TIG, and Carbon Arc welding in field settings, fabricate and repair components, and document labor hours in SAP. We offer competitive pay of $26–$30 per hour, travel per diem, 20 days of PTO, and day-one medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus a path for AWS

Qualifications

  • 2+ years welding or fabrication experience.
  • Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.
  • Willingness to obtain AWS certifications.
  • Strong safety mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
