Job summary

A leading tanning company is seeking a Facilities Technician based in Waldorf, Maryland. The role involves providing maintenance support to multiple locations, including repairing minor plumbing, maintaining tanning equipment, and performing carpentry. The ideal candidate should have a strong driving record, customer service skills, and at least 2 years of maintenance experience. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is required. The position offers a full-time schedule, starting at $25/hr to $35/hr plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ preferred experience with maintenance and construction required.
• Basic understanding of building maintenance systems is necessary.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and some overtime.

Responsibilities

• Providing general maintenance to store locations.
• Repairing minor plumbing, light ballasts, doorknobs.
• Maintaining tanning booths and spray booths.
• Performing general carpentry including sheetrock repair.
• Communicating with store management and vendors.
