Job summary

Palm Beach Tan - Tomball is seeking a Facilities Technician to manage maintenance for its multi-store network. The role involves frequent travel to stores in the assigned area, starting from home with no fixed office location.

The position is full-time with a starting hourly rate of $21–$23, offering overtime opportunities and a benefits package including a company car and gas, free tanning and product/service discounts, generous paid time off, paid holidays, benefits package, and 401(k)

Qualifications

• Maintenance background for multi-store environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Providing general maintenance to store locations in the assigned area.
• Repairing plumbing, electrical fixtures, light ballasts, doorknobs, etc.
• Maintaining tanning booths and UV spray booths (training provided).
• General carpentry including sheetrock repair and painting.
• Coordinate with store operations staff and vendors.
