Qualifications

  • Completion of at least 2 years of college coursework.
  • Preferred major or field of study: marketing, communications, or sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Part-time position, approximately 15 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Create a TRX e-newsletter template and first issue to be distributed biannually to venues and brand partners
  • Input industry contacts and venue partners into the Tessitura database
  • Research, design, and produce a handout advertising TCM TRX and available exhibits for distribution during conference season
  • Create a venue marketing survey to assess which ad templates are utilized most
  • Develop a system to receive inbound assets for review and communicate feedback to host venues
  • Develop an operations and installation manual template
