Job summary

Olen Corporation is seeking an equipment operator/utility to work across multiple Ohio plants. The role requires operation of loaders and related equipment with strict adherence to safety, maintenance and production standards.

You will float between Fredericktown, St. Louisville, Upper Sandusky and Wooster locations, with a preference for candidates local to the central point. This is a non-union position offering competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Non-CDL are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to travel to multiple sites.
• Ability to read and comprehend manuals, safety information, hazard labels.
• Corrected eyesight, color vision, depth perception and hearing suitable for safe operation.
• Free of drugs or controlled substances affecting judgment or coordination.
• General mechanical skills and safety-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and operate equipment within production guidelines.
• Perform pre-shift inspections, fueling and greasing of equipment.
• Operate Front-end Loader and Skid-steer Loader.
• Maintain equipment appearance and housekeeping.
• Work within the mine plan and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Coordinate with Plant Manager and trucking-related needs.
• Communicate with scale house and other plant locations as needed.
• Float between four plant locations: Fredericktown, St. Louisville, Upper Sandusky, Wooster.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
