Job summary

PACK Power LLC is seeking skilled heavy equipment operators to support nationwide projects in the Renewable, Power Delivery, and Data Center sectors. Roles involve operating front end loaders, excavators, dozers and more, with emphasis on safety, accurate trenching, and coordination with the crew.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Equipment operator certifications as required by the equipment operated.
• CDL preferred; NCCER preferred.
• Willingness to operate a range of heavy construction equipment.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment proficiently with knowledge of functions and troubleshooting.
• Work on uneven terrain, excavate/backfill native materials.
• Stockpile and load dirt, stone, equipment, and waste onto trucks.
• Excavate trenches with proper slopes per OSHA.
• Backfill excavations/trenches following project methods and lift requirements.
• Coordinate machine actions with crew signals and site activities.
• Maintain clear communication and safety awareness at all times.
• Assist with miscellaneous labor tasks related to installation.
• Perform daily maintenance and routine inspections of machines.
