Job summary

Evergreen Fire and Security in Texas is seeking a Traveling Electronic Security Systems Technician to install, repair, test, and maintain security systems while traveling to client sites. You will represent the company on site and provide product training, ensuring customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have a CPR/First Aid card, an electrician certificate or trainee card, a high school diploma or equivalent, wiring experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent experience not required but strong communication skills are essential.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent must be obtained.
• Experience with electrical wiring is preferred.
• Must be able to travel extensively and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs, tests, and maintains security projects.
• Serves as the face of Evergreen to customers onsite by providing service and product training.
• Ensures safety by complying with State and Federal regulations.
• Handles service orders and project administration.
• Performs follow-up to ensure the client is ready for inspection.
