Job summary

Evergreen Fire and Security seeks a Traveling Electronic Security Systems Technician to install, repair, test, and maintain security projects across client sites. You will represent Evergreen on site, deliver top-notch service, train customers, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Candidates should travel extensively, hold a valid CPR/First Aid card and an electrician credential or trainee card, and possess good communication skills and basic computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel extensively.
• Valid CPR/First Aid card.
• Valid electrician certificate or trainee card.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Good communication skills to interface with customers.
• Ability to call and schedule appointments, follow instructions, and understand code requirements.
• Ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs, tests, and maintains security projects.
• Serves as the face of Evergreen to customers onsite by providing service and training.
• Ensures safety through compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Handles service orders and project administration.
• Performs follow-up to ensure the client is ready for inspection.
