Job summary

Evergreen Fire and Security in the United States is seeking a Traveling Electronic Security Systems Technician. This role is ideal for an experienced low-voltage technician who enjoys travel and working onsite with customers.

You will install, test, and maintain alarm, access control, CCTV, and related systems while representing Evergreen to clients. A strong focus on safety, compliance, and clear communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Travel extensively and maintain a valid CPR/First Aid card.
• Valid electrician certificate or trainee card is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Electrical wiring experience is required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills to interface with customers.
• Ability to schedule appointments and understand code requirements.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to work well with others and maintain a positive attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of minimum liability insurance.
• Must pass pre-employment and ongoing background, drug, and MVR screenings.

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs, tests, and maintains security projects at customer sites.
• Serves as the face of Evergreen to customers onsite and provides product training.
• Ensures safety through compliance with State and Federal regulations.
• Handles service orders and project administration.
• Performs follow-up to ensure client readiness for inspections.
