Job summary

Evergreen Fire and Security is seeking a Traveling Electronic Security Specialist Site Lead with strong low-voltage installation and proven site leadership. This role travels to client sites to lead onsite execution from mobilization to turnover and ensure project success.

You will collaborate with PMs, engineers, and technicians to drive efficiency, oversee testing and training, manage schedules and materials, direct subcontractors, and maintain safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong background in low-voltage system installation.
• Proven experience leading crews and running jobs independently.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite at multiple sites.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Ability to travel extensively and manage site safety.
• Electrical wiring experience.
• Strong communication with customers.
• Ability to schedule and coordinate with codes/regulatory requirements.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment and background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite execution from mobilization to turnover.
• Work with PMs, engineers, and technicians to drive project efficiency.
• Identify and communicate change orders and field conditions.
• Oversee system testing, commissioning, and end-user training.
• Manage daily schedules, progress tracking, and materials.
• Direct subcontractors and ensure alignment with site expectations.
• Run complex installations with accountability.
• Mentor and support crews in the field.
• Install, repair, test, and maintain security projects.
• Serve as the on-site face to customers with top-notch service and training.
• Ensure safety through compliance with relevant regulations.
• Handle service orders and project administration.
• Perform follow-up to ensure client readiness for inspections.
