Job summary

Amteck is seeking Traveling Electrical Service Superintendents to oversee teams of Electricians and Apprentices on projects across the country. Based in Lexington KY, the role offers long-term opportunities, benefits, a 401K, vehicle or allowance, and travel per diem.

Candidates should have 10+ years of electrical experience on commercial/industrial sites; Master Electrician license is preferred; must read blueprints and supervise a 5-10 person crew.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical experience on commercial or industrial sites.
• Master Electrician License preferred.
• Ability to install conduit, wire and cable systems as required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Ability to install and terminate panels, switchboards and other electrical equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs on faulty circuits, equipment or systems.
• OSHA10 preferred but not required.
• Conveyer/press experience preferred but not required.
• Experience supervising a team of 5-10.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of Electricians and Apprentices on projects across the country.
• Oversee installation, testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality control on-site.

Amteck is currently looking to hire Traveling Electrical Service Superintendents for our Lexington KY Service Dept. These teams will be traveling to projects across the country to lead teams of Electricians and Apprentices. We offer long-term opportunities as well as steady work, benefits and a 401K.
