Job summary

Amteck is hiring Traveling Electrical Service Superintendents to oversee teams of electricians and apprentices at commercial or industrial sites across the country. The role involves traveling to projects nationwide, providing leadership, and ensuring safe, compliant electrical installations.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of electrical experience, a Master Electrician license preferred, and the ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot complex systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical experience on commercial or industrial sites.
• Master Electrician license preferred.
• Ability to install conduit, wire and cable systems as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of Electricians and Apprentices on projects nationwide.
• Travel to multiple sites across the country to oversee electrical work.
• Read blueprints and interpret electrical designs for installations.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and equipment.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met on site.

Amteck is currently looking to hire Traveling Electrical Service Superintendents for our Lexington KY Service Dept. These teams will be traveling to projects across the country to lead teams of Electricians and Apprentices. We offer long-term opportunities as well as steady work, benefits and a 401K. We are looking for people who are interested in working with a company that promotes growth and longevity within the trade. You will have the ability to diversify your electrical skill set with being able to learn others within Amteck. We have training for low voltage, fire alarm, controls, and instrumentation among other skill sets.

Requirements Include But Aren't Limited To The Following

• 10+ years of electrical experience on commercial or industrial sites
• Master Electrician License preferred
• Ability to install conduit, wire and cable systems as required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Ability to install and terminate panels, switchboards and other electrical equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs on faulty circuits, equipment or systems
• OSHA10 preferred but not required
• Conveyer/press experience preferred but not required
• Experience supervising a team of 5-10
