Job summary

Amteck is seeking a Traveling Electrical Service Superintendent to lead teams of electricians and apprentices on projects nationwide. You will travel regularly to site locations to supervise field crews and ensure safe, high‑quality electrical installations.

The role requires 10+ years of electrical experience on commercial or industrial sites, a Master Electrician license preferred, and the ability to read blueprints, install panels, troubleshoot faults, and manage 5–10 personnel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical experience on commercial or industrial sites
• Master Electrician License preferred
• Ability to install conduit, wire and cable systems as required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Ability to install and terminate panels, switchboards and other electrical equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs on faulty circuits, equipment or systems
• OSHA10 preferred but not required
• Conveyer/press experience preferred but not required
• Experience supervising a team of 5-10

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of Electricians and Apprentices on projects nationwide
• Travel to job sites to supervise field crews and ensure safety and quality
• Oversee electrical installations, conduit wiring, and panel work
• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics to guide work
• Mentor and supervise 5–10 personnel, coordinating with project managers
