Job summary

Oreair Electric seeks an Electrical Superintendent to own field activities on multiple sites across the United States, ensuring safety, quality, and timely execution of work. You will lead crews, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain daily logs and reports to capture project progress and impacts.

The role requires a High school diploma or GED with 7 years of construction experience, including 3 years as a Superintendent, plus OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid.

Qualifications

• Maintain First Aid and CPR certification.
• Maintains an OSHA 30-hour course current within the past three years.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the electrical construction jobsite including labor, materials, and customer relations.
• Oversees and directs employees in their day-to-day work to ensure tasks are completed effectively and project goals are met.
• Manage all aspects of the jobsite including scheduling and laying out the work on a daily basis.
• Facilitates the development of work packages and daily work plans.
• Plans and develops crew sizes, equipment requirements, and task sequences; keep daily log of job site records, employee tasks, attendance, milestones and other tasks.
• Completes accurate and detailed Daily Logs, observations and documented weekly safety inspections; ensure delays are documented and project impacts are captured in the daily report.
• Inspects quality of work for compliance with plans, submittals, shop drawings and specifications.
• Reviews project submittals and specifications.
• Checks and verifies dimensions within the design drawings, and as related to shop drawings.
