Job summary

JSET Automated Technologies in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Traveling Site Superintendent to lead field execution on data center and industrial construction projects across the United States. This hands-on leadership role directs foremen, technicians, and subcontractors, coordinates crews and site logistics, and ensures work is completed safely, on schedule, and to project requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical, industrial, controls, or construction experience.
• 2+ years in a Superintendent, General Foreman, or similar leadership role.
• Experience managing multiple crews and subcontractors on active projects.
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project docs.
• Strong OSHA and construction safety knowledge.
• Experience with manpower planning, scheduling, and productivity management.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Valid driver's license.

Position Overview

JSET is seeking an experienced Traveling Site Superintendent to lead field execution on data center and industrial construction projects throughout the United States.

This is a field-based leadership role responsible for directing foremen, coordinating crews, managing daily project execution, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.

Superintendents at JSET are hands-on leaders who work directly with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and project management to drive schedules, maintain quality standards, and deliver successful project outcomes.

Candidates should be comfortable deploying to project sites for extended assignments and traveling wherever project needs require.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily field operations on active construction projects
