Job summary

Jobot is seeking Traveling Electrical Superintendent to support commercial retail projects nationwide. You will lead crews, coordinate with multiple trades, interpret blueprints, and travel extensively for extended periods.

The role requires 5+ years of superintendent experience on commercial electrical projects and a valid electrical license is a plus. Base compensation ranges from $130k to $150k per year, with a performance bonus, housing allowance, per diem, and company-provided phone and

Qualifications

5+ years of Superintendent experience managing commercial electrical projects.
Familiarity with project management tools and reporting systems.
Ability to travel consistently for projects.
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug screening.
Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise crews of 10 to 15 or more team members
Oversee commercial new construction and renovation projects
Interpret blueprints and construction documents
Coordinate installation of underground, overhead, and rough-in systems
Work closely with general contractors, subcontractors, and utility providers
Maintain project schedules and support budget adherence alongside the Project Manager
Enforce safety standards and jobsite compliance
Complete daily reports and weekly time tracking
Operate equipment such as trenchers, lifts, and forklifts
