Job summary

Amteck, a nationwide Top 50 Electrical Design-Build Contractor, seeks a traveling Electrical Field Supervisor to join our team and drive excellence in project delivery. You will oversee electrical tasks on commercial and industrial sites, ensuring safety and quality while coordinating field crews.

As a Superintendent, you will read blueprints, install and terminate equipment, troubleshoot circuits, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical experience on commercial or industrial sites.
• Master Electrician License preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Ability to install and terminate panels, switchboards, and other electrical equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair faulty circuits, equipment, or systems.
• OSHA10 preferred but not required.
• Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate electrical tasks to ensure safe, efficient project delivery.
• Read blueprints and interpret designs for field execution.
• Supervise field crews and manage daily work activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with project management on scheduling and resource planning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of electrical experience on commercial or industrial sites
• Master Electrician License preferred
• Ability to install conduit, wire, and cable systems as required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Ability to install and terminate panels, switchboards, and other electrical equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs on faulty circuits, equipment, or systems
• OSHA10 preferred but not required
• Conveyer/press experience preferred but not required
• Supervisory experience
