Muth Electric, Inc. is seeking an experienced Traveling Electrical Foreman to lead electrical crews on projects across our footprint. This role manages field operations, supervises crews, and maintains safety standards while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years electrical construction experience with supervision.
Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee electrical installation, testing, and commissioning activities on projects.
Supervise foremen, electricians, and subcontractors to ensure quality.
Manage workforce assignments and jobsite resources.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and electrical codes.
Inspect work for quality and adherence to specifications.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field teams.
Review drawings, schedules, and material requirements.
Lead crews, assign tasks, and maintain productivity standards.
Provide training and guidance to field personnel.
Troubleshoot issues and communicate project concerns.
Ensure power, lighting, controls and related systems meet standards.
