Job summary

Gilder Search Group seeks a Traveling Electrical General Foreman for a major commercial project in Barstow, Texas. You will lead field operations, supervise crews, and ensure safety and code compliance as a W2 employee.

You will earn between $55 and $65 per hour before overtime, with overtime, daily per diem, housing, and a company truck provided. The role offers strong earning potential and demanding project responsibilities on-site.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as Electrical Foreman/General Foreman or similar supervisory role.
• Experience coordinating multiple electrical crews in the field.
• Strong knowledge of NEC codes and construction safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily electrical crews and subcontractors on the job site.
• Manage multiple crews, manpower, workflow, and field priorities.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and project plans.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, manpower requirements, and field production.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and General Contractors to keep work moving.
