We are actively seeking a Traveling Electrical Foreman (Multi-Family) in the Louisville, KY area to join our award-winning team.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm. Must be willing to be flexible as job locations may change.

Position Responsibilities of the Traveling Electrical Foreman (Multi-Family):

• Provide on-site direction and leadership to coworkers
• Manage materials, deadlines, and quality control of installations
• Install and maintain wiring and lighting systems
• Inspect and troubleshoot electrical components
• Repair and replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures
• Follow all state/local electrical codes and regulations
• Manage multiple projects across different cities

Experience and Qualification Requirements:

• 4+ years experience in residential/commercial electrical work
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Willingness to travel between OH, KY, and IN
• Valid driver's license
• Fire Alarm License (a plus)
• Completion of an Accredited Apprenticeship Program (a plus)
• Must adhere to company screenings

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, sit, and lift as needed
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and hear
• Use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, and operate tools and materials
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Work at heights, climb ladders, and work off platforms/scaffolding with fall protection
• Work in all weather conditions with appropriate PPE
• Wear PPE including hard hats, safety glasses, ear plugs, masks/respirators, hi-vis vests, gloves, and safety boots
