Prizm Electrical Solutions, Inc. is hiring Traveling Electrical Apprentices to join our team. This full-time role performs all phases of electrical work across multiple states and requires pride in workmanship, a positive culture, and growth mindset.

We are Colorado-based and specialize in industrial, heavy commercial, data centers, and maintenance. Benefits include medical, life and 401k, paid time off, and apprenticeship tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or in progress of electrician training.
• Familiarity with electronic test equipment and NEC code.
• Willingness to learn electrical schematics and blueprint reading.
• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and assist a journeyman electrician.

Responsibilities

• Assist a journeyman electrician and follow instructions.
• Perform wiring tasks: measure, cut, bend wire and conduit with tools.
• Maintain, organize, and inventory tools, vehicles, and equipment.
• Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
• Disassemble damaged equipment and replace worn parts.
• Thread conduit ends, connect couplings, and fabricate conduit supports.
• Inspect electrical units for loose connections and insulation damage.
• Operate hand tools and equipment such as drills and conduit benders.
• Conduct underground and overhead electrical installations as required.
• Strip insulation and prepare wires for connections and soldering.
• Assist with circuit tracing and grounding installations.
• Requisition materials from warehouse and follow safety procedures.
