Job summary

Veracity Electric is seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Electrical Apprentice to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems under the guidance of experienced electricians, foremen, and project leaders.

This position provides hands‑on training and valuable field experience while supporting commercial, industrial, and residential electrical projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid Apprentice Electrician License.
• Enrollment in or completion of an approved electrical apprenticeship program.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned job sites.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of raceways, wiring, fixtures, and devices.
• Pull wire, mount panels, and assist with terminations.
• Support journeymen electricians and foremen with daily tasks.
• Follow all work instructions, policies, and safety procedures.
• Use PPE properly and maintain safety gear.
• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings.
• Measure, cut, bend, and install conduit with hand/power tools.
• Assist in troubleshooting electrical systems and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment.
• Participate in apprenticeship training and skill development.
• Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and positive attitude.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project success.
