Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking a Traveling Drill Bores Foreman to oversee drilling operations for telecommunications infrastructure. You will serve as the on-site expert, guiding less experienced crew members and ensuring safe, efficient installation of cables and equipment.

The role requires CDL with tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain, 3+ years of drill bores experience in telecom/construction, and a valid US work authorization. Competitive wages and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid state driver's license (not Provisional) and acceptable driving record.
• Valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain it.
• At least 3 years of experience operating drill bores equipment in telecom/construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead new site Job Safety Analysis.
• Read engineering drawings, prints and technical documents for OSP facilities.
• Draw prints or sketches and provide field notes describing OSP facilities.
• Safely operate and control all equipment necessary to complete tasks assigned to crew.
• Determine bore path and locate utilities.
• Utilize mud mixing systems.
• Ensure accurate drilling and utility protection.
• Schedule, maintain equipment & tooling, and perform site setup and cleanup.
• Resolve property owner complaints and document work.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
