Are you an expert Dozer Operator with decades of experience in heavy equipment and rock crushing operations? Join our team as a Traveling Dozer Operator, where your skills will be valued, and your expertise will drive efficiency across multiple quarry sites in Arizona.

This role demands mastery in dozer operation, a strong commitment to safety, physical endurance, and the ability to travel extensively to support rock crushing operations.

This is a hands‑on position that requires adaptability and a strong team‑player mindset. Candidates must be willing to assist the team with a variety of tasks beyond operating heavy equipment. If you are unwilling to pick up a shovel, help unclog the crusher, assist with screen changes, or take on other non‑operator roles as needed, this position is not for you. A willingness to get out of the cab and support the crew is essential to our success.
