Job Type: Part-time; Remote

Job Summary:

Certified Mobile Notary Service (https://certifiedmobilenotaryservice.com) is seeking someone to fill the position of a Loan Document Signer to work virtually in the U.S. only.

Essential Functions:

1. Execute and notarize documents.
2. Must be professional in the presentation of loan documents, such as the note, settlement statement, and Deed of Trust, and remain confidential and professional.
3. Provide information explaining executed documents.
4. Perform a range of clerical duties as required, including data entry, proofreading, posting records, searching, and investigating.

Qualifications:

1. MUST be a U.S. citizen.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Background knowledge of the mortgage lending business is preferred.
4. Active notary license preferred; may obtain notary license during training process.

Skills:

1. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
2. Possess basic real estate/escrow/title terminology.
3. Ability to read and interpret documents.
4. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
5. Strong customer service skills.
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
8. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Job Requirements: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.

Payment: $125.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
