Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel district to fill pharmacist shifts and support the Pharmacy Manager.
• Oversee pharmacy operations and ensure safe, accurate dispensing.
• Support immunizations and patient counseling to improve outcomes.
• Assist with inventory control and cold-chain management.
• Provide continuous coverage during scheduling gaps and stay compliant.
