Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Dental Assistant to support clinicians and drive the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE), creating a Patient for Life (PFL). The role spans patient care, office, and laboratory tasks, preparing patients for exams and assisting dental professionals in treatment.

You will work with specialty teams, maintain infection control, assist with radiographs, manage tray setups, and coordinate with the front desk to keep scheduling smooth.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school diploma and required dental certification/licensure.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance; travel between offices may be required.
• Experience with radiographs and charting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for treatment and assist the dentist, enabling efficient care.
• Complete radiographs and intra-oral pictures as directed.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment; maintain clean operatory.
• Maintain clean, sterile, and cheerful environment; support PPE initiatives.
• Record patient charting and clinician notes in the digital chart as directed.
