Job summary

Hastings Ranch Dental Group and Orthodontics is seeking a Dental Assistant to support clinicians and deliver the Perfect Patient Experience. You will assist with exams, radiographs, trays, and patient education while maintaining infection control standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with state-required certifications. Travel between offices may be required; a valid driver's license and car insurance are needed.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school diploma or GED and required state mandated training courses for certification/licensure.
• Certificates/licenses/registrations as mandated by applicable state.
• Specialty dental assistants must have valid driver's license and automobile insurance and may need to travel between offices.
• Travel to multiple offices may be required with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist clinicians to deliver dental treatments and ensure PPE for a positive patient experience.
• Sterilize and prepare operatorys and dental instruments per infection control guidelines.
• Take radiographs and intra-oral photos, as directed by clinician.
• Prepare tray setups and maintain inventory for efficient patient care.
• Record clinical notes in digital patient chart and communicate with front/back office teams.
• Support treatment record presentation to clinicians and maintain equipment.
