Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Dental Assistant to support clinicians in delivering the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE) and build a Patient for Life (PFL). You will perform dental assisting, radiographs, sterilization, and patient education while maintaining a cheerful, sterile environment.

The role requires high school completion, state-specific certifications, and willingness to travel between offices as needed. The team emphasizes collaboration, ongoing learning, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school diploma or GED with state-mandated certs/licensure.
• Must have valid driver’s license and auto insurance for travel to multiple offices.

Responsibilities

• Assist clinicians to prepare patients for examination.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and operatory environments.
• Take radiographs and intra-oral pictures as directed by clinicians.
• Prepare trays and maintain supplies for procedures.
• Educate patients on oral health as directed by clinician.
• Record charting and health history in digital systems.
