Sequoia Services LLC seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead dam construction and water infrastructure projects from planning through final closure. You will ensure safety, regulatory compliance, cost and schedule control, and coordination among clients, field operations, engineers, and regulators.

Responsibilities include developing execution plans, schedules, budgets, staffing, monitoring performance, leading coordination meetings, managing subcontractors, and maintaining QC, HSE, and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years project management experience in Heavy Civil Construction or Dam Construction.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Excel, Word, Primavera P6, Bluebeam or equivalent).

Responsabilités

• Plan, manage, and execute dam construction and water infrastructure projects per contract and regulations.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and staffing plans.
• Monitor project performance, cost, schedule, risk, and quality.
• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly project coordination meetings.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and specialty contractors for earthwork and concrete work.
• Ensure adherence to HSE programs and site safety plans.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and regulators to align project scope and expectations.
• Oversee QC plans, submittals, mix designs, and test results for conformance.
