Job summary

Staker Parson Companies, a CRH company, is seeking a Crusher Laborer to safely perform a variety of construction duties and support highway, utility, and plant operations. The role involves manual tasks, travel across the Intermountain States, and adherence to supervisor instructions.

The position requires ability to perform strenuous work in varying weather, basic math skills, and a standard driver's license. High school diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to do basic math.
• Ability to apply common sense to detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Rotate to crusher locations across Intermountain States; 75% travel.
• Maintain and repair machinery; clear conveyors and screens; service components.
• Set up/take down crusher machinery; move parts with skid steer; tarping and debris removal.
• Keep crusher area clean and safe; operate equipment as trained.
• Assist with flagging and traffic control as needed.
